Among other things, during his 9 years with Transat, he was able to manage all aspects of total rewards: compensation programs, salary structures, bonuses and incentive plans, pay equity exercice, benefit plans, pension plans, senior management compensation, working conditions, organizational design and HR dashboards.<\/p>\n

His current consulting activities focus on salary structures, job evaluation and description, pay equity, incentive compensation, working conditions and HR policy development, defined contribution pension plans, benefit programs. He aims to put in place simple and easy to manage rewards programs that are linked to the organization’s strategy.<\/p>\n
