Over the course of his career, the positions held by Pierre-Yves in the field of Total Rewards allowed him to act as an Advisor and then Manager within recognized companies such as Cirque du Soleil, Glaxo-SmithKline in France, Transat, Mountain Equipment Coop in Vancouver. Among other things, during his 9 years with Transat, he was able to manage all aspects of total rewards: compensation programs, salary structures, bonuses and incentive plans, pay equity exercice, benefit plans, pension plans, senior management compensation, working conditions, organizational design and HR dashboards.
His current consulting activities focus on salary structures, job evaluation and description, pay equity, incentive compensation, working conditions and HR policy development, defined contribution pension plans, benefit programs. He aims to put in place simple and easy to manage rewards programs that are linked to the organization’s strategy.
